Newly wedded Susan Peters thanks colleagues, fans on wedding success

The Benue-born Nollywood actress, Susan Peters who got engaged last year and has been mute about who she got engaged with has finally unveil her Dutch better half which, no doubt, launched her into the long list of celebrity weddings in 2015.


The self-acclaimed duchess of Idomaland married a Dutchman on Saturday, October 10th in a lowkey wedding in Ikoyi, Lagos. An event that was graced by few colleagues in the Nollywood industry and family members.

Delighted bride, Susan Peters, who was filled with joy acknowledged that  she was grateful to the Lord for a dream come through as well as thanked her family members and her friends in the industry who have come from far and near to celebrate with her.

She wrote on her Instagram handle "Grateful Lord; Yahweh I worship you. Family love; always there to support. I love them to bitts.Thanks to everyone for the well wishes and gifts. Truly humbled."

The couples who rode on Rolls-Royce to the Ikoyi registry to formalise the nine years relationship were accompanied by notable actors such as Desmond Eliot, Emem Isong and Rita Dominic
 among others.
