Actor, Femi Adebayo's quiet wedding turns carnival in Lagos


The Nikkah wedding between the Special Adviser to the Kwara State Governor on Culture and Tourism and actor, Femi Adebayo and his new wife, Omotayo Maimunat Sanusi which was planned to be a quiet have turned to be a carnival-like ceremony, as stakeholders in the entertainment industry, colleagues and other dignitaries have stormed the venue, took place at Maryland, Ikeja Lagos State today.

Actor-cum-politician, Desmond Elliot, Kola Odunlade, Muyiwa Ademola, Bimbo Oshin, Faithia Williams Balogun, Sola Kosoko, Dayo Amusa, Kamilu Kompo, Sanyeri, Olatayo Amokade, a.k.a. Ijebu among others were in attendance.




Adebayo who had earlier apologised to his fans, especially those who were not happy about his decision not to make noise about the wedding, but to only invite his immediate family members and very close friends said the decision was to protect her wife's privacy in all ramification.


He added that, "The decision is best for us as I have been on the lane before and my wife has never been, I have to protect her privacy at all cost. Please, we pray for the understanding of our friends and my beloved loyal fans, I appreciate you and please your prayers and support is all we need.Thank you."

Adebayo, who was married to Khadijat with three children before the wedlock hit the rock about eight years ago, has found another love, a US based business woman which will be his second marriage.
