The event which will hold on 27th and 28th of November, 2015 in Lagos State, will feature live performances at the National Stadium in Lagos and also an indoor event at Ember Creek, Ikoyi.’
Speaking at a gathering of top reggae stars in the music industry at Ember Creek, Ikoyi, the convener, Victor Essiet, said that the African Meets Reggae is an annual event in Los Angeles, USA.
“We decided to get the franchise for Africa and now all is set to hold the annual event in Lagos. “This year’s theme is ‘Voice of the Voiceless and it will hold in two parts in order to satisfy and cater for all lovers of reggae music in Nigeria and other West African countries.
Africa Meets Reggae will launch its first quaterly music academy aimed at nurturing raw talents same month,” he said.
