The event which marks the 55th annual general conference of the legal practitioners' association will hold at the International conference centre, Abuja, FCT.
This year's conference is themed: “Lawyers and National Development” and will commence on August 21. President Muhammadu Buhari will declare the event open while the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Honourable Justice Mahmud Mohammed will give the opening remarks.
One of the high points of the event is the keynote speech which will be delivered by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Kenya, Honourable Justice Munyoki Mutunga.
