How Ajigijaga died

The Yoruba movie industry was on Friday thrown into mourning following the death of one of its popular actors, Muftau Adio  Sanni Abdulahi, popularly known as Ajigijaga as well as Broken Bottle.
He was said to have died in the early hours of Friday at the age of 60. Ajigijaga, Sky Entertainment gathered, might have died from complications arising after surviving a motorcycle accident (okada) two weeks ago at his Alagbado residence.
He was said to have died in his house in the early hours of Friday.
President of The Golden Movie Ambassadors of Nigeria, Saidi Balogun said he recieved the news of Ajigijaga’s death with a rude shock, adding that he was aware that he had an accident two weeks ago, but never knew he would not survive it.The deceased, however, was buried on Saturday according to Muslim rite.
Ajigijaga was known for his ‘hard boy’ roles in most of the movies he appeared in. He was born to the Abdulahi family in July 15, 1955 in Ogun State, Nigeria. After a successful service with P&T (now NITEL), he re-channeled his efforts into acting and film-making in 1981.
