COSON week: COSON, HipTv partner

COPYRIGHT Society of Nigeria (COSON) in partnership with Nigeria’s leading entertainment television channel, HipTv, has set the ball rolling for the forth coming COSON Week scheduled to take place from November 1 to 7. It promises be series of events that have been described as the ‘world cup’ of Nigerian entertainment.
 Speaking during the week at a working meeting on the COSON Week held at the COSON office in Lagos, COSON Chairman, Chief Tony Okoroji, assured supporters and lovers of entertainment that right machineries had been put in place to deliver an experience of a lifetime. “At COSON, we have assets that no other organisation in Nigeria has. Practically every big name in the music industry in Nigeria is a member or affiliate of COSON. From Sunday, November 1 running into the early hours of Sunday, November 8, there will be seven spectacular events to titillate every segment of the Nigerian society: Christians,
Muslims and the non-aligned; the ‘fashionistas’, the hip hop generation, the intellectually minded and the man on the street”.
 Also speaking, Chief Executive Officer of Smooth Promotions, owners of HipTV, Mr. Ayo Animashaun reaffirmed his support for the success of the COSON Week saying that his team is preparing to ensure that the historic partnership with COSON is a huge success. He said, “Just recently we launched our online streaming platform called Real Time. We are ready to work with COSON in streaming live the events of the COSON Week.
