The burial arrangement of the late singer, Muyiwa Adeyemi Oshinuga otherwise known
as Nomoreloss has been announced. The singer who made Orlando Owoh’s
‘Iyawo Asiko’ popular with its contemporary version will be celebrated
and given his final rites by his peers and personalities in the music
industry.
The funeral ceremony will include a service of songs and tribute to
be held on Thursday, 7th April, 2016 between 4pm and 9pm at the Koga
Studios located off Kudirat Abiola Way, Alausa in Ikeja, Lagos. The
funeral and internment holds on Friday, 8th April, 2016 at the Four
Square Church, Norman Willams Off Keffi Street, Ikoyi after which the
remains of Mr Oshinuga will be laid to rest at the Ikoyi cemetery.
Nomoreloss died on the 21st of March, 2016 after a short battle with
Typhoid fever cum malaria. Some reports say he died of pneumonia. The
singer is survived by his wife, Adeola Oshinuga and daughter, Motunrayo
Oshinuga.
Meanwhile ace producer, OJB who’s still mourning his friend said that
Nomoreloss will be missed as he still had much to give to the industry.
He added that he spoke to him weeks before he died as Nomoreloss was
part of the project he was planning to launch.
